6-weeks Mat Pilates class with Sue
This low-impact, fully body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and posture.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, this class uses control movements and mindful breathing to improve balance, build strength, and reduce stress-no equipment needed, just a mat and your body!  (positive energy helps too😀)

Wednesdays 6:15pm

Oct 1,8,15, 22 & Nov 5 & 12 *no class Oct 29)

About your Instructor:

Sue Montminy has been a wellness practitioner for 25 years. “I consider myself to be an adventurer, I love trying new things, being outdoors (hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, walking, etc), I am an avid reader and love book recommendations.  My joy is practicing yoga, playing my sound healing instruments, hanging with my husband and facetiming my boys and my grandson!  My mom is my biggest inspiration.  My style of teaching is to meet you where you are, to provide you with a safe place to just be yourself.  I hope to see you at our events and classes.”

Qualifications

  • Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr RYT)

    • Restorative & Yin yoga

  • Certified Sound Healing practitioner

  • Usui Reiki Maste practitioner

  • Level 2 Karuna practitioner
