𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: 𝑨𝒏 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒂 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆
If you are seeking to feel more at home in your body and tap into your authentic self, this somatic experience invites you to move, feel, and express in a way that is entirely your own.
We’ll gather in a safe and supportive space where all parts of you are welcome.
Through intuitive movement, breath awareness, and restorative practices, you’ll be invited to release, reconnect, and reclaim the wisdom already within you — at your own pace and in your own way.
The word Soma means “the body as perceived from within.” Any type of movement or therapy that involves paying attention to your internal physical sensations and experiences can be described as somatic.
This evening is dedicated to release, deep listening, and honoring the natural intelligence of your body.
Fully immersive sound headphones will be provided to create a deeper, more personal connection throughout the experience.
