Sound healing or sound bathing is finally making its way into mainstream US culture as everyday, stressed Americans discover the palpable difference they feel in this simple, one-hour event:
 Relieve Stress
 Manage anxiety
 Relaxation
 Re-invigorate/re-energize
 Better sleep for some
 Pain relief for some
This sound bath will ask participants to sit or lie still for one hour in our open movement studio, while listening to a guided relaxation as the calming tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls ring through the studio. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel welcome to bring your own mat/towel, a small pillow, and a bottle of water.
This event is regularly $35, but for our opening launch, we're offering it at a discounted $20 per person.
