Pilates with Sue Montminy

Strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance your flexibility in this energizing Pilates class designed for all levels. Guided by a certified instructor, you’ll move through a series of controlled, low-impact exercises that target the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and hips. Whether you're looking to tone, recover from injury, or simply move with more ease, this class offers a mindful and effective way to build strength and balance from the inside out. Mats and modifications provided—just bring your breath and an open mind.

About your Instructor:

Sue Montminy has been a wellness practitioner for 25 years. “I consider myself to be an adventurer, I love trying new things, being outdoors (hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, walking, etc), I am an avid reader and love book recommendations.  My joy is practicing yoga, playing my sound healing instruments, hanging with my husband and facetiming my boys and my grandson!  My mom is my biggest inspiration.  My style of teaching is to meet you where you are, to provide you with a safe place to just be yourself.  I hope to see you at our events and classes.”

Qualifications

  • Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr RYT)

    • Restorative & Yin yoga

  • Certified Sound Healing practitioner

  • Usui Reiki Maste practitioner

  • Level 2 Karuna practitioner
