DELICIOUS DANCE
Start your week by wringing out everything your body is holding onto. This isn't your typical dance class. Delicious Dance is a slow, intentional practice that weaves together fluid belly dance movements, deep stretchy yoga, and mantra meditation—all designed to help you release tension, open your fascia, and create space in both body and mind. Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let go completely. We spiral through the hips, undulate through the spine, stretch into every corner of your body that's been holding stress. The mantras guide you inward while the movement carries you through. By the end, you'll feel wrung out in the best possible way—lighter, more spacious, ready to step into your week with clarity and ease.
