About Your Instructor

Erin’s dance journey began at age five with classical training in tap, jazz, and ballet. In 2002, she discovered belly dance and quickly developed her own fusion style, blending her classical foundation with hip hop influences to teach, choreograph, and perform for several years. After a nearly 12-year hiatus to raise her children and pursue her bachelors in exercise science and doctorate in physical therapy, she missed dance deeply. She started her own little Saturday practice, just moving around her room for fun, when she discovered shuffle dance on YouTube—and she's been hooked ever since, loving the workout, the challenge, and the benefits for her bones and body.

Now she's back in the studio with a powerful perspective. As a woman in perimenopause and a PT specializing in helping women through this life phase, she sees belly dance as more than beautiful movement—the undulations, hip movements, and flowing sequences are powerful tools for maintaining joint mobility, functional strength, and vitality, while helping women build confidence and reconnect with their changing bodies.

But beyond the clinical perks? Both dance forms are pure joy. Erin is ready and excited to help women move, groove, and thrive through every phase of life.
