Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders.
Take a deep breath. Wiggle your toes.
Now, if you already feel better, imagine what a massage could do.

Holistic Physical Therapy for Women
Getting older doesn’t mean giving up the things you love.
Running. Hiking. Dancing. Traveling. Lifting. Playing. Getting on the floor. Feeling strong in your body.
But somewhere along the way, your body may have started answering differently.
Maybe your knees ache after runs that used to feel easy. Your shoulder is stiff and getting stiffer. You’re training harder but feeling weaker. Or you’ve quietly stopped jumping, sprinting, lifting heavy, or doing the things you love because you’re no longer sure what your body can handle.
Getting older doesn’t mean your world has to get smaller.
The physical changes of midlife can affect your strength, power, mobility, balance, endurance, and resilience. Your body is changing—and your training needs to change with it.
That’s where I come in.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I help women understand what’s changing, identify where they have room to build physical capacity, and create individualized movement strategies designed around the life they actually want to live.
Because you don’t exercise so you can exercise.
You exercise so you can live.
You can’t change your age.
But you can change your physical capacity.
Let’s remember what brings you joy—and train for it.
