    -Taste mugwort tea

-Watch how to make mugwort incense/smudge

-Learn the properties of Mugwort and how to embrace those qualities in your daily spiritual practice

  • Andrea of Golden Age Reiki will offer 10-15 minute individual, private demonstrations of how reiki is done in an office setting, how it can help you, and what to expect from full-length reiki sessions.

Reiki is a beautiful healing art offering beneficial, calming, balancing, and stress-reducing effects. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, which is a subset of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Clients lie, fully dressed, on a massage-style table or sit comfortably in a chair and are guided through the energy work as the practitioner moves her hands over the client (typically without touching the body, but occasionally with very light touch with permission). The practitioner identifies areas of the body and chakras that may have blockages or need attention, and she will offer suggestions as to how to open that energy flow back up.

Please Note: Reiki is meant to be used as a complement to traditional care or as a personal relaxation or stress reducing tool. It is not a substitute for qualified medical or traditional care.

Andrea will have a sign-up sheet the morning of the Grand Opening (you may not sign up earlier). Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis, as not everyone who comes to the Grand Opening will be able to fit in for an individual demonstration.

  • Jami Bisesi of Infinite Wellness is a Licensed Massage Therapist and will offer 10-15 minute massage demonstrations on an individual, private basis. Clients are welcome to request that Jami focus their demonstration on specific problem areas of the body, such as neck, low back, leg, hand, shoulder, or facial tension and pain.

Jami will have a sign-up sheet the morning of the Grand Opening (you may not sign up earlier). Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis, as not everyone who comes to the Grand Opening will be able to fit in for an individual demonstration.
