Feel Good Flow

Designed specifically for folks who are tired of feeling stiff, achy, and sluggish, but traditional fitness classes do not spark joy.  This gentle, low-impact class helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive - not stressful. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who loves to dance and move to groovy music in any way our bodies will allow. 

Part 1: Mini meditative body scan to get out of your head and into your body. Check out of your work/mom/adulting brain and check in to what your body actually needs that day.

Part 2: Stretching. Period. No complex poses. No straining and praying you don't fall over. Just stretching that stiff bod.

Part 3: Easy, joint-friendly mobility exercises to loosen stiffness, improve flexibility, and help you feel more fluid and comfortable in your body. Bonus commentary from a PT who can offer safe variations and encourage gentle exploration of range of motion to make your body feel better in your everyday habits.

Part 4: Then comes the fun part: simple, feel-good dance inspired by styles like bellydance, hip hop, and modern dance. Styles that welcome a variety of body types and movement abilities. Styles that embrace a woman's body at every age and phase of life.
